Gus has over forty-five years in the engineering solutions and staffing services industry. He is owner and President of Gus Perdikakis Associates inc. (GPA) based in Cincinnati. Gus and Jo Ann Perdikakis founded GPA in 1979. The company has grown to over 250 employees and provides broad-based engineering, IT, professional and technical staffing solutions and services to business and industry throughout the United States.
Gus served as National President of the American Staffing Association (ASA) formerly NTSA. Gus was one of only two individuals to serve as national president of ASA for two terms.
Gus has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati and is an active alumni and supporter of UCATS. He also hosted a business radio program "Gus Perdikakis On Line" on WING radio in Dayton, Ohio.

Gus is a lifelong member of the Greek Orthodox Church and served as council member of the Archdiocese of North and South America. Gus was bestowed the official title of "Archon" the highest lay award of the church by its Ecumenical Patriarch in Istanbul, Turkey.
He has been elected an unprecedented six -terms as president of Holy Trinity St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, his most recent term concluding in 2010. Gus is also an over 25 year member of the board of trustees of Hellenic College-Holy Cross School of Theology, Brookline, Massachusetts, a past member of the Metropolis of Detroit Diocese Council and is a member of Leadership 100.
Gus is a current board member and Chairman of Bridges for a Just Community (formerly NCCJ). He is a founding board member of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. He was also a committee chair on the Smale Commission of the City of Cincinnati.
He is married to wife Jo Ann for over 44 years. Jo Ann has served as the treasurer of GPA since its inception in 1979. They have three children including Lynn, Mandie and George, daughter in law Katie and have two grandsons, Gus Constantine and William Milo. Gus was born in Cincinnati of Greek immigrant parents and has lived in the area all of his life.
